Work Environment

In order to improve the health and quality of employees and maintain work safety, the company complies with the relevant provisions of the "Occupational Safety and Health Law" and the "Labor Health Protection Rules", which is superior to the laws and regulations to conduct regular employee physical examinations every year. In addition, in order to maintain the safety of employees in the workplace, prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, and maintain gender equality at work and human dignity, the company formulates sexual harassment prevention measures, appeals and punishment methods in accordance with gender work equality laws. In addition to the above, the company insured labor and health insurance for employees in accordance with labor-related laws and regulations to ensure the safety of colleagues in the workplace and protect the rights and interests of employees.

1. Workplace safety:

  • Execution of sexual harassment prevention: The company has an appeal committee and related methods to investigate and punish.
  • Provide necessary health and first aid facilities, and strive to reduce the hazards to the safety and health of employees and prevent occupational disasters.
  • Drinking equipment that meets drinking water standards shall be installed in the workplace, and shall be inspected, cleaned and maintained on a quarterly basis.
  • The workplace environmental sanitation and cleaning committee shall be cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning company at least quarterly to ensure the quality of the work environment.
  • Work environment monitoring (such as carbon dioxide, noise, etc.) in the workplace twice a year to ensure the safety and health of employees.
  • Implement a total ban on smoking in accordance with the Tobacco Hazard Control Law.
  • The Workplace Safety Committee will be patrolled daily by a professional security company and installed cameras to ensure the personal safety of employees.
  • In order to ensure the safety of employees, in addition to legally insuring labor and health insurance, it also provides insurance items such as travel safety insurance.
  • According to the Occupational Safety Law, special medical personnel are allocated to handle labor health management, occupational disease prevention and health promotion and other labor health protection matters, and occupational safety nurses are arranged for on-site services twice a month.

2. Fire safety:

  • Set up a complete fire protection system in accordance with laws and regulations, including alarm systems, fire protection systems, and escape systems.
  • The fire-fighting equipment of the building where the company is located is commissioned by a qualified professional inspection consulting company to conduct monthly system unit functional inspections.
  • Conduct publicity activities and professional courses at least once a year, so that colleagues can understand escape routes and the use of skilled facilities, etc.

3. Health management:

  • Staff health checks are arranged every year to ensure that colleagues are in good health.
  • The company prepares medical first aid kits and medicines.
  • The company cooperates with hospitals to provide employees with flu vaccines every year.
  • Cooperate with the hospital to encourage employees to participate in the health lectures and first aid training held by the hospital, to establish the concept of health promotion and preventive health care on weekdays, and prevent it from happening.
